Prior to the Baptism each of the people were given a chance to explain a little about themselves and their decision on why at this point they decided to be baptized.

Just a small example of how God works, these three did not talk prior to the baptism, no one told them what to wear, all of them have at least 4 different English Lake Shirts, yet all three of them wore the same exact shirt.
