What is needed in the midst of our lives when we are in the mess isn’t a change of venue but a change of perspective. The disillusioned, sad, down trodden disciples were going the wrong way and God came up next to them, explained the fullness of the work of Christ and they ran off to tell the others. The situation hadn’t changed but their perspective had. In 2016 let us see that God is at work! He isn’t distant and uninvolved, He is close and involved. He is at work. His ways are different and beautiful. It did not meet the expectations but it was awesome! Seeing that God was at work & His ways were different but still good they ran off and couldn’t keep from sharing with others. Let us have a change of perspective in 2016.
